Terms of Service Effective date: September 6, 2026 1. About Card Turbo Card Turbo operates a credit-card comparison and affiliate-reward service for eligible users in Canada and the United States. We are not a bank, card issuer, lender, credit bureau or financial adviser. These terms govern your use of our website and our approval-reward and referral programs. Questions and complaints may be sent to support@cardturbo.com. 2. Eligibility and your account You must be at least the age of majority where you live, legally able to enter a contract, and eligible for the market and offer you select. Provide accurate information and use only accounts and payout destinations you are entitled to use. Keep your login secure and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Do not create duplicate accounts, impersonate another person, submit false applications, automate abusive activity or manipulate referrals or reward tracking. 3. Card information and affiliate disclosure We may receive a commission when you use an affiliate link and complete a qualifying action. Compensation may influence which offers we display, feature or rank. We do not list every available card or offer. Comparisons are general information, not personalized financial advice or a recommendation to borrow. Consider your circumstances, fees, interest and repayment ability before applying. Card information is a summary and can change. Issuer terms, eligibility rules, spending caps, merchant classifications, offer deadlines and approval decisions control the financial product. Verify current terms on the issuer's application page. Credit applications may involve a credit check. We cannot guarantee approval, a credit limit, a credit score outcome or a particular issuer reward. 4. Issuer rewards versus Card Turbo rewards Welcome points, introductory cash-back rates and ongoing card rewards are issued by the bank or card program. They are separate from any Card Turbo approval reward. A headline such as “up to” may include several spending milestones, anniversary awards or benefits with restrictions; it is not necessarily an immediate cash payment. Points valuations are estimates or program-specific redemption examples, not a guaranteed cash exchange value. Introductory rates expire or stop at their stated cap. 5. Earning a Card Turbo approval reward An approval alone does not make a reward payable. You must follow the applicable offer instructions, use the designated Card Turbo application route, satisfy the offer's eligibility conditions, and have the application attributed to Card Turbo. The issuer or affiliate partner must confirm the qualifying action, and the corresponding commission must be received and cleared by Card Turbo before the reward is available for withdrawal. Tracking can be affected by another referral link, browser restrictions, duplicate applications or incomplete information. Contact support promptly if an application appears missing and provide its date, card name and a non-sensitive reference. Do not email card numbers, security codes, government identifiers or account passwords. We will review available records and explain our decision; an unverified or unattributed application may not qualify. The reward amount and applicable conditions recorded for your application govern that application, subject to correction of obvious errors and your non-waivable legal rights. We will not describe a pending or tracked amount as an available cash balance. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed payment dates. 6. Referrals Referral rewards are available only where the program is enabled and the referred person satisfies the applicable new-user and qualifying-application conditions. Self-referrals, fictitious accounts, duplicate claims and misleading promotion are prohibited. A referral is not payable merely because someone registers. Referral earnings depend on verification and funding of the qualifying underlying application. Share referral links lawfully, identify that you may receive a reward, and do not send unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law. Referral percentages and amounts are those applicable to the qualifying offer; there is no guaranteed income. 7. Payouts, currencies and gift cards Only available, funded rewards may be requested. The minimum, supported country, currency and instructions shown for the selected payout method apply. CAD and USD balances remain separate; Card Turbo does not automatically convert balances or guarantee exchange rates. A pending payout reserves the requested amount to prevent duplicate withdrawals. Available methods may include PayPal, Interac e-Transfer in Canada, Amazon gift cards and Visa gift cards. Enter the correct delivery email or payment destination. Requests are reviewed and fulfilled manually unless the website expressly states otherwise. An available method is not a promise of instant delivery. If fulfillment cannot be completed, we will contact you about an alternative or release the reserved amount; we will not silently substitute a different country, currency or payment product. Amazon.ca gift cards are supplied for Canadian/CAD payouts and Amazon.com gift cards for US/USD payouts. Visa gift cards are supplied for the selected country's program and currency. Merchant, geographic, activation, expiration and usage restrictions depend on the specific gift-card issuer and product. Any applicable restrictions or fees must be disclosed before fulfillment; we will not deduct an undisclosed charge from your approved reward. Gift cards are not bank deposits, may not support cash withdrawal, and may not be exchangeable or refundable after delivery except where law requires. Treat delivered codes as cash and report delivery problems promptly. Amazon and Visa do not sponsor or administer Card Turbo. You are responsible for taxes that apply to rewards you receive. We may retain or provide records required by law. 8. Reviews, reversals and account restrictions We may investigate suspected fraud, duplication, tracking errors, unauthorized access or partner reversals and temporarily hold the affected reward or payout while reviewing it. We may correct or reverse an amount that was not earned, was credited twice or was based on materially false information, subject to applicable law. We will provide a reasonable explanation and a way to contact us about the decision. Suspension does not automatically forfeit legitimately earned and payable rewards. We may restrict access to protect the service or comply with law. 9. Drafts and demonstrations Cards marked as drafts or shown in a demonstration may contain example approval rewards or unverified source information. Draft visibility does not activate an affiliate program or create a right to a payout. Applications for inactive draft cards are disabled. Only an available live offer and a qualifying tracked application can create a reward claim. 10. Third-party services and intellectual property Issuer websites, Google sign-in, payment providers and gift-card providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their availability or decisions. Card names, logos and artwork belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply sponsorship of Card Turbo. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security or reproduce protected content without permission or another lawful basis. 11. Service availability and liability We use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted access or perfectly current third-party information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, and Card Turbo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, issuer decisions or third-party service failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, excuses fraud or wilful misconduct, or removes an obligation to pay a valid funded reward. No disclaimer is a guarantee that Card Turbo has no legal responsibility. 12. Changes, disputes and contact We may update these terms for future use and future offers, with a revised effective date and appropriate notice of material changes. Changes will not retroactively remove a valid accrued entitlement contrary to law. Contact support@cardturbo.com so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require private arbitration, waive a right to bring a lawful complaint, or take away access to a court or regulator where mandatory law provides that right. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
